The Group Supplemental Day Habilitation Program is designed for individuals with developmental disabilities who need additional community-based support outside traditional daytime program hours. Serving participants throughout the five boroughs of New York City, the program operates during weekday evenings to help individuals strengthen independent living skills, build social connections, and participate in meaningful community activities. Through a person-centered approach, services are tailored to each individual’s Life Plan, allowing participants to continue developing practical skills while promoting community inclusion beyond school or daytime programs.
