The Culinary Arts Program introduces individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to practical cooking skills, healthy nutrition, and food preparation through structured, hands-on learning. Serving participants throughout the five boroughs of New York City, the program follows a progressive curriculum that builds knowledge from kitchen safety and healthy meal planning to cooking techniques, customer service, and food preparation skills. Participants develop greater confidence and independence while learning practical skills that can be applied in everyday life and future vocational opportunities.
