The Individual Skills Training Program is a goal-oriented learning program designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) strengthen specific life skills, functional abilities, and personal development based on their unique needs and goals. Available to eligible children, adults, and older adults residing with their families in the Borough of Queens, the program provides individualized instruction that emphasizes practical, hands-on learning rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
