Empowering families together, strengthening everyday resilience

The Family Support Services (FSS) Programs are designed to strengthen families, promote long-term stability, and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) continue living at home whenever possible. Serving families in New York City, these person-centered programs take a holistic approach by supporting both individuals and their caregivers through practical guidance, skill development, and individualized resources. By building upon each family’s strengths, the programs help caregivers navigate everyday challenges while promoting greater independence and community participation for their loved ones.
