Community Habilitation is a skills development and training program for individuals with developmental disabilities. It aims to help people with IDD live independently both at home and in the community. Through home visits, community activities, and other necessary training that is based on the person’s specific needs and goals, people with IDD can move forward and achieve independent living with the skills they learned from our Community Habilitation Program.
