Group Day Habilitation ‘Without Walls’
Our Group Day Habilitation Program is an innovative program that allows people with IDD to move from the typical Day Habilitation Programs (Within Walls). Our staff at Heritage Human Services, Inc. will provide opportunities for these individuals so they can showcase and use their skills and abilities in the community (Without Walls).
Supplemental Day Habilitation
Individuals with Developmental Disabilities may attain, keep, or improve their skills and daily functioning with the help of Supplemental Day Habilitation. We plan activities that will best develop or maintain their life skills and enhance their emotional, social, physical, and other necessary functions to become productive community members.
Community Pre-Vocational Program
The aim of the Community Pre-Vocational Program is to equip individuals with IDD with pre-employment skills through community-based training and experiences. By having these individuals learn proper pre-vocational skills, they can further their opportunities for achieving supported or competitive employment in their community.
